We are an Iwi Radio Station located in the South Waikato Area here in the heart of Tokoroa.
Emare-Rose Nikora (left) temporarily stepped out of Kohanga in 1990 to establish the Raukawa Trustboard and went on to establish the Raukawa Radio Station in 1990.
Te Reo Irirangi o Raukawa began broadcasting on 23 of October 1990, with keen motivated people that were determind on making this a radio station that people would want to listen, learn and contribute to.
Te Reo Irirangi o Raukawa reaches out to our Tribal boundaries on the frequencies 90.6, 95.7 & 93.2.

Maori Media Network Ltd is a national advertising bureau, specialising exclusively in Maori media/radio/publications and communications targeting iwi Maori.
E Tū Whānau is a movement for positive change and it belongs to everyone. It is a violence free and whānau centered kaupapa.
The Raukawa Charitable Trust (RCT) is the social services arm of the South Waikato based iwi – Raukawa. Our organisation has been providing quality environmental, health and social development initiatives throughout the South Waikato since 1987.
The Iwi Radio Network consists of 21 stations across Aotearoa. Each station is run by local iwi, and also belongs to Te Whakaruruhau o Te Reo Irirangi Māori - a federation that enables station collaborations and network operations.
